B2B Newsletter Manager (Maternity Cover)

As the B2B Newsletter Manager (Maternity Cover), you will be responsible for executing a strategic and data-driven approach to newsletter growth, audience engagement, and lead generation across our portfolio of technology brands. Reporting to the Audience Outreach Manager and working as part of the Audience Development department, you will partner closely with editorial, commercial, product, and marketing teams to deliver high-performing newsletters that deepen audience relationships while supporting commercial growth.

This role blends strategic planning and direction with hands-on execution and implementation, ensuring that our B2B emails directly contribute to increased subscriber growth, stronger engagement and retention, and improved lead generation outcomes. You will oversee the day-to-day management of our B2B newsletter portfolio, including promotion, production, testing, segmentation, and performance analysis, while identifying opportunities to improve existing products and launch new newsletters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
