As Moburst continues expanding into a broader ecosystem of specialized sub-brands, we are looking for a highly analytical, hands-on, and growth-driven B2B Performance Campaign Manager to join our internal marketing team. In this role, you will lead paid acquisition efforts and own the full paid media lifecycle for Moburst and its portfolio of brands, with a strong focus on driving measurable pipeline growth and generating high-quality leads.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end B2B paid media campaigns for Moburst and its sub-brands
- Build, optimize, and scale lead generation campaigns focused on high-quality pipeline growth
- Analyze campaign, funnel, and CRM performance data to improve conversion quality and operational efficiency
- Develop audience targeting strategies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approaches
- Balance long-term scalable strategy with continuous testing, experimentation, and innovation
- Build reporting frameworks and present actionable insights clearly to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with emerging AI tools, automation opportunities, and performance marketing trends
Requirements

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns in an agency environment
- Proven experience running B2B lead generation campaigns
- Experience working with HubSpot - a must
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect campaign performance to business outcomes, including lead quality, attribution, funnel optimization, and performance measurement
- Experience managing campaigns targeting the US market
- Familiarity with ABM and audience-based marketing strategies
- Experience leveraging AI tools and integrating AI into marketing workflows
- Self-starter with a proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable working independently and building processes from the ground up
