B2B PR Account Manager
PERMANENT B2B PR & Communications Agency Tunbridge Wells – 3 days per week hybrid circa £35k

Our client is an award-winning B2B PR and communications agency, partnering with innovative businesses across AI, data centres, renewable energy, and sustainable technology. With an exciting portfolio of clients and a collaborative culture, they are seeking an Account Manager to join their growing team.
About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Account Manager with previous agency experience to take ownership of a portfolio of B2B clients.
You’ll:
- Lead integrated PR campaigns
- Build strong client relationships
- Work closely with senior colleagues to deliver strategic communications that make an impact
- Support and mentor two Account Executives as part of a collaborative and growing team

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients.
- Plan and deliver integrated PR and communications campaigns.
- Build media relationships and secure high-quality coverage.
- Oversee campaign content, timelines, and reporting.
- Collaborate with colleagues across PR, social, creative, and digital.
- Support and mentor two Account Executives.

Salary is circa £35k.
About You
To be considered for this Account Manager role at an independent B2B PR & Communications Agency in Tunbridge Wells, you’ll bring:
- At least two years’ experience in an agency environment, working with B2B clients (PR, marketing, or integrated agency).
- Strong client management and project delivery skills.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling ability.
- Confidence in building relationships with clients, media, and colleagues.
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
You MUST have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
