B2B PR Account Manager

PERMANENT B2B PR & Communications Agency Tunbridge Wells – 3 days per week hybrid circa £35k

Our client is an award-winning B2B PR and communications agency, partnering with innovative businesses across AI, data centres, renewable energy, and sustainable technology. With an exciting portfolio of clients and a collaborative culture, they are seeking an Account Manager to join their growing team.


About The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Account Manager with previous agency experience to take ownership of a portfolio of B2B clients.

You’ll:

  • Lead integrated PR campaigns
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Work closely with senior colleagues to deliver strategic communications that make an impact
  • Support and mentor two Account Executives as part of a collaborative and growing team

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients.
  • Plan and deliver integrated PR and communications campaigns.
  • Build media relationships and secure high-quality coverage.
  • Oversee campaign content, timelines, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across PR, social, creative, and digital.
  • Support and mentor two Account Executives.

About You

To be considered for this Account Manager role at an independent B2B PR & Communications Agency in Tunbridge Wells, you’ll bring:

  • At least two years’ experience in an agency environment, working with B2B clients (PR, marketing, or integrated agency).
  • Strong client management and project delivery skills.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling ability.
  • Confidence in building relationships with clients, media, and colleagues.
  • A proactive, organised approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
