We're now looking for an ambitious B2B SaaS Sales Executive to join our sales team and help drive the next stage of our growth.

About the Role

As a B2B SaaS Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying prospective restaurant customers, engaging with decision-makers and converting them into paying clients.

Your primary focus will be outbound sales through telephone prospecting, supported by email, LinkedIn and online demonstrations where appropriate.

You'll become an expert in our platform, confidently explaining how Favouritetable can help restaurants increase bookings, improve operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within our target market.
  • Generate new business through outbound cold calling.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within the CRM system.
  • Book and conduct online product demonstrations where appropriate.
  • Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through to closing.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed KPIs, including:
    • Revenue targets
    • Calls made
    • Demos booked
    • Conversion rates
    • Average contract value
    • New customers won
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
  • Record all sales activities accurately within the CRM.
  • Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly sales forecasts.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through professional account management.

About You

We're looking for attitude, ambition and determination more than years of experience.

  • Confidence and enthusiasm when speaking with restaurant owners and managers.

Experience

Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.

Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

  • Outbound telephone sales
  • Business development
  • SaaS or software sales
  • Hospitality or restaurant technology
  • CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce)
  • Working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
  • Managing opportunities from first contact through to closing
