Senior B2B Sales Executive (Digital Advertising Platforms) – Hyper Growth Technology Business
Our client is a rapidly expanding Technology business, achieving 400% organic growth without traditional VC investment. Their proprietary platform enables B2B advertisers to deliver hyper-targeted, hyper-efficient campaigns at scale while driving stage-setting efficiency gains across major UK and global markets.
As part of their aggressive expansion drive, they require highly experienced, results-driven sales professionals to either secure direct enterprise clients or build long-term partnerships with advertising agencies within UK/EMEA.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- New business acquisition: Target and close high-value accounts within UK/EMEA's largest enterprise and mid-tier organisations, focusing on marketing decision-makers and advertising agents.
- Relationship management: Cultivate and retain senior stakeholder relationships at high-value accounts, ensuring continuous value-add.
- Solution selling: Articulate and sell the unique value proposition of the platform, matching client needs with tailored solutions.
- Revenue growth: Consistently hit or exceed sales targets, through both greenfield expansion and cross-sell/upsell opportunities to existing clients.
- Strategic execution: Employ a mix of outreach, nurture, and account-based marketing sales techniques to compound pipeline velocity.
- Stakeholder alignment: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to refine messaging, close deals, and ensure the strategic alignment of efforts.
- Market insights: Continuously benchmark competitors, industry trends, and client concerns to refine sales approach and position.
- Business intelligence: Track performance metrics, client engagements, and market feedback to inform both operational strategy and executive leadership.

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven track record of selling B2B digital advertising, marketing technology, or data-driven media solutions to enterprise or mid-tier mktg orgs (UK/EMEA).
- Deep understanding of demand-gen platforms, demand-side platforms (DSPs), DMPs, or advertising agency buying demands.
- Credible relationships with senior stakeholders in large or mid-tier client or agency accounts (commences to scale).
- Consistent success in closing complex, high-value enterprise deals, with a verified track record of driving predictable revenue growth.
- Strategic thinking + no nonsense execution: Ability to identify high-potential opportunities through data analysis, thoughtful segmentation, and clear value propositions.
- Exceptional communication:
- Structured, ROI-focused client presentations capable of breaking through defensiveness in RFPs.
- Negotiation skills to secure fair terms and commitments whilst building long-term client confidence.

Nice-to-Have Advantages
- Limited agency experience or deep SaaS sales insight to complement relationship building.
- Familiarity with data-driven marketing strategies, ेलהרמטגנעização, fewer tech stacks (Deals Pacific, Martech, etc).
- Background in a growth-stage technology company (preferably a SaaS/Digital Services context).
