About SDF Clothing
SDF Clothing is a Bangladesh-based apparel manufacturer established in 1998, providing private label, OEM, ODM, and custom clothing manufacturing for fashion brands, retailers, wholesalers, and startups worldwide. We specialize in low minimum order quantities, sustainable and GOTS-certified production, fabric sourcing, product development, and full-service branding (print, embroidery, labeling, and packaging) — supporting clients from initial concept through to final delivery.
We are expanding our presence in the UK market and are looking for a driven, results-oriented B2B Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
Overview
In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with our existing portfolio of UK-based clothing brands and startups, while identifying new business opportunities across the UK apparel market. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
