£26,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £70k+ Year One)

An established commercial finance brokerage is looking for a driven Business Development Executive/ Commercial Finance Broker to join a high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking to UK business owners about finance solutions
- Qualifying leads and closing opportunities
- Building a strong pipeline and hitting realistic KPIs
- Maximising every deal through repeat business and cross-selling
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in financial or B2B sales
- Confident communicator who can build rapport fast
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and money-focused
