Role
B2B Sales Executive (New Business & Account Management)
- Salary: £28,053–£30,000 basic
- OTE: £50,000–£60,000 in Year 1 (bonus & commission, performance-based)
- Location: Dinnington, Sheffield (S25 3QU)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (40 hours)
- Contract: Full Time | Permanent

We're looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing training solutions business, helping us scale further as demand continues to grow.
This role has previously attracted a high volume of applicants, and due to current headcount pressure, we're keen to move quickly.
About the Role
This is an office-based B2B New Business & Account Management role, focused on selling Mitie’s expanding range of Health, Safety & Compliance training solutions to businesses across the UK.

You’ll be based at our modern 20,000 sq ft Training Centre in Dinnington, working as part of a high-performing sales team in a business that continues to grow at pace.
Role Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through new business generation and account management
- Sell Mitie’s training solutions by providing high-quality, value-for-money recommendations to customers
- Conduct business development predominantly via telephone, Teams, and Zoom
- Make warm calls to both new prospects and existing customers
- Generate new leads and build your own sales patch
- Develop and manage client relationships, including key account management
- Provide clear information, advice, and guidance to help clients select the right training solutions
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following defined requirements for the role:
- Proven experience in B2B sales (New Business, Account Management, Telephone Sales, or similar)
- A demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of customer sectors and decision-makers
- A professional, honest, and value-driven sales approach
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working in a fast-paced sales environment
