B2B Sales Executive (Telephone-Based)
📍 Avonmouth, Bristol 💰 £35,000 basic (OTE £42,000) 🕒 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven and commercially astute B2B Sales Executive (internally referred to as Senior Telesales Executive) to join our team. This is a phone-based, outbound sales role where you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to closing high-value commercial contracts.
You’ll play a key role in:
- Expanding our customer base
- Developing long-term partnerships
- Directly contributing to revenue growth

What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively engage B2B prospects through targeted outbound calls
- Identify opportunities and build a strong pipeline of high-value business
- Manage the full sales cycle – from first contact to negotiation and close
- Deliver tailored, value-led solutions aligned to customer needs
- Confidently negotiate pricing and commercial agreements
- Consistently achieve (and exceed) revenue targets
- Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast performance, and track activity
- Build strong relationships and credibility with business decision-makers
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer base
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, resilient sales professional who thrives in target-driven B2B environment.
Ideally, you’ll have:
âś” Proven experience in outbound B2B sales / telesales / inside sales âś” A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets âś” Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills âś” Confidence handling objections and closing deals over the phone âś” The ability to quickly build rapport with business customers âś” Experience managing a structured sales pipeline âś” Commercial awareness and a focus on value-based selling âś” Experience selling services or contract-based solutions (desirable)
