We are partnering with a premium consumer brand that is entering an exciting new phase of growth and are investing heavily into its B2B growth strategy.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to build and lead a high-growth commercial channel, working with some of the UK's best-known luxury hotels, hospitality groups, and premium corporate clients.
The business already has an incredibly strong consumer brand. Now they're looking for someone to help accelerate their presence across hospitality and corporate gifting.
You'll be joining at a pivotal point in the company's growth, with the opportunity to build a new commercial channel, influence strategy, and work with a highly respected premium brand. The longer-term ambition is for this role to evolve into leading an international B2B business as the channel expands globally.
The Role
Around 70% of your time will focus on developing new business across luxury hotels, hotel groups, spas, wellness destinations, and premium hospitality operators. The remaining 30% will be centered around building long-term corporate gifting partnerships with premium brands and businesses.
This is a hands-on commercial role where you'll own the full sales cycle - from identifying opportunities and opening doors, through to pitching, negotiating, launching, and growing strategic accounts.
It's an opportunity to shape the strategy, influence the direction of the channel, and play a key role in the next stage of the company's growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
