Role Overview We are seeking an experienced UK-based Sales Negotiator with a strong background in B2B/business sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting qualified enquiries into long-term client engagements, with a strong focus on consultative selling, relationship building, negotiation, and revenue generation. This position is ideally suited to candidates based in or near West Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities Sales and Revenue Generation Manage inbound and outbound B2B sales leads generated through marketing, referrals, networking, and outreach. Conduct structured discovery calls to understand client operations, staffing challenges, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes. Present tailored virtual assistant and remote staffing solutions aligned with each client’s business needs. Build strong commercial relationships with prospective clients. Handle objections professionally and negotiate within agreed commercial frameworks. Convert qualified enquiries into signed client agreements. Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. Client Management and Handover Act as the lead contact throughout the full sales lifecycle. Maintain regular and proactive follow-up with prospective clients. Ensure client expectations are clearly set before onboarding. Complete accurate sales handover documentation for the operations and onboarding teams. Support a smooth transition from signed agreement to client onboarding. Maintain professionalism and consistency in all client communications. CRM, Reporting, and Compliance Maintain accurate CRM records for all leads, calls, follow-ups, proposals, and closed deals. Track pipeline stages, sales activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. Submit weekly sales activity and performance reports. Ensure all client information is handled confidentially and in line with GDPR requirements. Follow company procedures, reporting standards, and sales processes. Required Skills and Experience Must be UK-based. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business sales, B2B sales, or service-based sales. Proven track record of closing deals with business clients. Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills. Confidence conducting phone, video, and online sales consultations. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline independently. Ability to work to targets, KPIs, and performance metrics. Experience working remotely or managing sales activity independently. Professional, confident, and commercially minded approach. Desirable Experience Experience selling staffing, outsourcing, recruitment, virtual assistant, or subscription-based services. Knowledge of UK business sectors, particularly property, professional services, or operational support. Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms. Experience working with UK-based clients. Understanding of client onboarding and sales handover processes. Performance Metrics Success in this role will be measured against: Conversion rate from enquiry to signed contract. Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Number and quality of completed discovery calls. Accuracy and consistency of CRM updates. Follow-up discipline and pipeline management. Quality of sales handover documentation. Client feedback during onboarding. Confidentiality and Professional Standards The Sales Negotiator will have access to confidential company and client information. The successful candidate must act professionally, ethically, and in full compliance with company policies, confidentiality requirements, and data protection regulations at all times.
