Role Description
Ad Maiora is looking for 2 Sales Partners to expand our portfolio in Europe. Commission-only: 30% on every closed deal. No cap. No fixed hours. Fully remote, Europe-wide.
You find the leads, close the deals, we deliver. That's the partnership.

Key Responsibilities
- Origination: Identify and engage high-growth enterprises, corporate groups, family offices facing operational friction
- Deal Closing: Full sales cycle — cold outreach to signed contract
- Network: Use your existing network and build channel partnerships for consistent qualified leads
Qualifications
- Track record: 5+ years B2B consultative selling, corporate advisory, or premium professional services
- Deal size: Experience closing deals €20K+
- Autonomy: Self-motivated, commission-only environment, no micromanagement
- Languages: Fluent English mandatory. Italian, German, French, Spanish, or Arabic a plus

Compensation
- 30% commission on every closed contract
