Anna Cake Couture is a small, award-winning artisan cake and bakery based in Bristol. We're known for beautiful macarons, hand-crafted cakes and luxurious chunky cookies. We already work with several corporate clients and hotels on employee and client gifting and in-room amenities. We're a close-knit team with big ambitions, and this is a brand-new role to grow that side of the business.
The opportunity
We know there's far more we could be doing beyond our shop and online orders. We're looking for our first dedicated salesperson to own and grow our B2B and corporate side: corporate gifting, client and employee gifts, hotel and hospitality supply, and the many opportunities we haven't tapped yet. You'll have a genuine blank canvas and the backing of a brand people already love.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
