B2B Technical Sales Manager – Bakery Ingredients (UK)
Field based. Salary £55 – 75k + Package
Client:
Our client are a leading UK distributor of high-quality bakery ingredients, supplying craft, in-store, and industrial bakeries nationwide.
As they continue to expand, they’re now seeking an experienced B2B Technical Sales Manager with a strong bakery background to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the challenges and opportunities within the baking industry and can translate that insight into commercial success.
The role:
In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of bakery customers, providing technical support alongside proactive sales development.
- You will work closely with bakers, R&D teams, production teams, and purchasing managers to identify needs, recommend product solutions, and deliver value-driven results.
- A hands-on bakery background—whether in production, NPD, or technical support—is essential, enabling you to engage credibly with customers and provide practical, informed guidance.

Requirements:
We are looking for a driven, personable professional with proven success in B2B sales within bakery.
- You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, be confident working independently, and enjoy building long-term customer relationships.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.
