About Wales.org

Wales.org is a rapidly growing, independent digital travel platform dedicated to Welsh tourism. We are disrupting the traditional Online Travel Agency (OTA) market by allowing holiday accommodation owners to bypass massive commission fees from giants like Airbnb and Booking.com. Instead, we offer high-converting, flat-rate advertising subscriptions that drive direct bookings.

With over 1,900 hand-picked locations already on our interactive map, we are now expanding our B2B sales team and looking for 2–3 confident, self-employed Telesales Representatives.

The Role

This is a pure B2B outbound telesales role. You will be calling holiday accommodation providers (cottage owners, hoteliers, glamping sites) across Wales to sell three highly proven digital advertising products:

  • Map Pin Placements: Featured pins on our interactive travel map.
  • Dedicated One-Page Listings: A fully branded, SEO-optimised standalone page with direct booking links.
  • Editor's Choice Slots: Premium homepage placements for maximum visibility.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We provide all the data and leads — you do not need to prospect or hunt for numbers. Your sole focus is pitching the value, building rapport, and closing the subscription.

The Commission Structure & Earnings

This is a self-employed, commission-only role designed for high-performers who want to build a compounding, recurring revenue stream.

  • Recurring Revenue: You earn a high percentage of the client’s monthly fee for the first 11 months of their subscription. As long as they stay, you get paid every month.
  • Commission Rates: You will earn £15/month per Map Pin, and between 30% to 40% commission on One-Page Listings and Editor's Choice slots.
  • Realistic OTE (On-Target Earnings): By hitting a conservative target of just 8 sales a week (4 map pins, 2 page slots, 2 Editor's Choice), your recurring book will compound.
    • Month 1 OTE: £700 – £2,800
    • Month 3–6 OTE: £1,500 – £4,000+ per month as your pipeline stacks.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven B2B Sales Experience: You know how to control a cold call, handle objections, and close.
  • Resilience & Drive: You are comfortable working on a commission-only basis because you back your own ability to sell.
  • Professional Setup: A quiet remote working environment, a reliable phone connection, and basic CRM discipline.
  • Long-Term Vision: This is not a short-term gig. We want partners who want to build a long-term recurring income and potentially move into management as our sales floor grows.
