Role Overview
Caption Tour Services, an Egypt-based Destination Management Company, is expanding its international B2B sales network and is seeking an ambitious and experienced B2B Tourism Sales Representative based in the United Kingdom.
The representative will develop relationships with UK travel agencies, tour operators, travel advisors, group organisers and MICE companies that can send clients to Egypt regularly.
This is a remote, independent contractor and commission-based opportunity. It is not a fixed-salary position.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach qualified UK travel agencies, tour operators and travel businesses interested in selling Egypt.
- Contact business owners, product managers, contracting managers and other decision-makers.
- Introduce Caption Tour Services as a trusted local DMC and ground-handling partner in Egypt.
- Arrange virtual meetings, sales presentations and commercial discussions.
- Build and maintain a professional pipeline of potential B2B partners.
- Understand each partner’s market, customer profile and travel requirements.
- Coordinate proposals, quotations and negotiations with our Egypt-based team.
- Follow up consistently until cooperation agreements and confirmed bookings are achieved.
- Generate repeat and back-to-back travel business to Egypt.
- Maintain accurate records of contacted companies, meetings and sales opportunities.
- Provide regular feedback on UK travel demand, competitors and market opportunities.

Our team in Egypt will prepare quotations, confirm availability, coordinate suppliers, collect payments and operate all confirmed bookings.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of two years’ experience in tourism, travel sales, tour operations, contracting or B2B business development.
- Strong knowledge of the UK outbound travel market.
- Existing relationships with travel agencies, tour operators or travel professionals are highly preferred.
- Experience selling Egypt, the Middle East, Nile cruises, cultural travel, luxury holidays or tailor-made travel is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Professional English.
- Confidence in contacting and presenting to senior decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and achieve measurable sales results.
- A verifiable record of sales, partnerships or business development achievements.
- Experience using CRM systems or maintaining an organised sales pipeline.

Contract and Compensation
This is an independent contractor opportunity based on commission.

There is no fixed monthly salary during the initial cooperation period. The commission structure, eligible bookings and payment terms will be agreed in writing with the selected candidate before starting.
Commission is payable only on eligible bookings that have been confirmed and paid according to the agreed commercial terms.
The representative may not confirm prices, sign agreements on behalf of Caption Tour Services or collect client payments without written authorisation.
Initial 90-Day Period
The selected representative will begin with a 90-day non-exclusive evaluation period.
Performance will be assessed based on:
- Qualified travel businesses contacted.
- Meetings arranged with decision-makers.
- Serious partnership opportunities generated.
- Cooperation agreements developed.
- Confirmed and collected bookings.
- Potential for repeat and back-to-back business.
Who Should Apply?
