This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a B2C Performance Marketer | AI-first based in United Kingdom.
This is an exciting opportunity for a growth-focused marketer who thrives on building and scaling high-performing customer acquisition strategies in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. You will take ownership of end-to-end paid performance initiatives, combining creativity, analytics, and automation to drive measurable business growth. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll experiment with modern acquisition channels, optimize conversion funnels, and leverage AI-powered workflows to maximize efficiency. This role offers significant autonomy, direct business impact, and the chance to shape the future of an established digital business as it evolves into an AI-first organization. Accountabilities
- Own the full B2C paid acquisition strategy, including campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Build, launch, and scale webinar, VSL, and education-focused marketing funnels using AI-enhanced processes and automation.
- Create and optimize high-converting ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and customer acquisition campaigns across paid channels, with a strong focus on Meta platforms.
- Develop AI-powered workflows that accelerate creative production, campaign management, and marketing experimentation.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value, continuously improving campaign profitability.
- Collaborate closely with sales, CRM, creative, and product teams to align acquisition efforts with broader business objectives.
- Conduct ongoing testing and experimentation to identify new growth opportunities and improve marketing performance.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing and scaling B2C paid acquisition campaigns with measurable business results.
- Strong expertise in direct-response marketing, webinar funnels, VSL campaigns, info-product marketing, or similar customer acquisition models.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing tools, automation workflows, and agent-based productivity solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to independently execute campaigns from strategy through implementation and optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing data to drive performance improvements.
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional, remote, and fast-paced environments.
