Admissions and Engagement Advisor

Salary: £24,900 to £27,644 Per Annum - Full Time Permanent

We are looking to appoint detail orientated, people focussed Admissions and Applicant Engagement Advisors (3 x permanent and 1 x 12-month fixed term) to join our fast paced and dynamic Admissions and Applicant Engagement team.
- Responsibility for the processing of applications across a range of programmes across all levels of study at the University
- Responsibility for developing connections with our applicants to support the overarching admissions and conversion strategy
- Correspond and assist enquirers across a variety of platforms

- Educated to A Level (or equivalent level 3 qualification) as a minimum
- Proven track record of putting customers first
- Experience of using bespoke software systems
- Knowledge of level 3 qualification market across the United Kingdom
- Knowledge of the UCAS Admissions processes
