This is an exciting opportunity to join the Place Service branch within the
People and Place division as a B3 Property Manager.
As Property Manager, you will fulfil a critical role in branch ensuring that day to day operational activity and capital investment plans are aligned, and that central and national estate property transactions are managed aligned with the Single Scottish Estate programme, an objective of the Public Sector Reform strategy.

- You will work closely with the Workplace team in branch to ensure they have the financial information they need to undertake their duties,
- Develop and deliver the Agency’s property lifecycle capital replacement programme,
- Deliver critical operational and capital projects,
- Manage lease and tenant agreements working closely with landlords and tenant organisations.
