About The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Business Analyst (BA) opportunities. We are looking to build our team with professionals who can deliver value through requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management. Roles of this type could see you working with modern technology stacks including APIs, microservices architectures, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP, supporting businesses across the UK in technology, engineering, life sciences, and financial services.
What You Would Do
- Gathering and analysing business and data requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions
- Mapping current and future process flows using BPMN and UML methodologies
- Conducting systems analysis and data quality assessments to identify improvement opportunities
- Supporting the design and delivery of solutions involving APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Collaborating with technical teams working across .NET, ASP.NET, Java, Spring Boot, Python, and React environments
- Engaging stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Contributing to financial analysis and process improvement initiatives

What You Could Bring
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
- Working knowledge of systems analysis and data quality assessment
- Familiarity with modern technology landscapes including APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Understanding of CI/CD practices, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- Experience with SQL, data pipelines, and analytical tools such as Power BI and Excel
- Knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Strong communication and analytical skills
