Baby Room Leader

Job Opportunity: Baby Room Leader – St Joseph’s College Prep School

St Joseph’s College is an independent school with Christian values, offering a supportive environment where everyone can thrive, welcoming individuals of all faiths or none. The College fosters intellectual, spiritual, physical, and emotional growth for every pupil, ensuring that children who flourish are also the happiest.

The Prep School, situated on a 60-acre campus that also includes the Senior School, encourages a strong sense of community through shared experiences—such as weekly Whole College assemblies.

About the Role

We are seeking a nurturing, organised, and ambitious professional to lead our new baby room as it expands to accommodate children from as young as nine months old. This is an exciting opportunity to shape an exceptional early years environment where our youngest pupils can thrive under your dedicated care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting the tone for an outstanding environment to support the growth and development of babies and toddlers.
  • Building strong relationships with children and their families, fostering trust and emotional security.
  • Leading a team with confidence, creativity, and care, ensuring consistent, high-quality care that meets the needs of each child.
  • Ensuring all procedures align with the school’s values of inclusivity, warmth, and structures to support happiness and well-being.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
