Salary & Hours

  • Salary: £29,612.90 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Permanent
  • Location: Bristol, BS3

About the Role: Baby Room Leader

What You’ll Do as Room Leader

You’ll lead, inspire, and mentor a team to deliver exceptional care and education, ensuring:

  • Children meet their developmental milestones
  • Child welfare, health, safety, and safeguarding are prioritised
  • Strong collaborations with colleagues, parents, and external professionals

Who You Are: Key Requirements

  • Qualifications: Full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years
  • Experience: Hands-on experience in an Early Years setting (preferably as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, or Educator)
  • Passion: For fun, inclusive learning environments for babies and young children
  • Knowledge:
    • Deep understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
    • Full grasp of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
  • Soft Skills:
    • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with teams and families
    • Communicate effectively with children and adults
