Salary & Hours
- Salary: £29,612.90 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
- Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Permanent
- Location: Bristol, BS3
About the Role: Baby Room Leader

What You’ll Do as Room Leader
You’ll lead, inspire, and mentor a team to deliver exceptional care and education, ensuring:
- Children meet their developmental milestones
- Child welfare, health, safety, and safeguarding are prioritised
- Strong collaborations with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
Who You Are: Key Requirements
- Qualifications: Full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years
- Experience: Hands-on experience in an Early Years setting (preferably as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, or Educator)
- Passion: For fun, inclusive learning environments for babies and young children
- Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Full grasp of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with teams and families
- Communicate effectively with children and adults
