The Role: Back End Developer (Full-Time, On-Site, Chesham, UK)
The Back End Developer will design, build, and maintain server-side components of software applications. Daily responsibilities include:
- Developing and optimising APIs
- Implementing databases and server frameworks
- Troubleshooting and debugging applications
- Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in:
- Back-End Web Development
- Software Development
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

Understanding of Front-End Development and its integration with back-end systems

Strong programming skills with expertise in modern programming languages

Ability to work with:
- Databases
- Server technologies
- APIs

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Experience designing efficient, reliable, and scalable systems

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering OR at least 5 years of experience

Preferred:
- Experience with C# and Entity Framework (a huge plus)
