About the Role
As a Back of House Nandoca, your key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and making the finest PERi-PERi meals to create unforgettable guest experiences.
- Ensuring high standards in:
- Setting up, maintaining, and safe closure of workstations
- Cleaning deep-fried cooking areas to Nando’s standards
- Adhering to fire safety, health & safety, food hygiene rules
- Valuing each guest as part of our family through exceptional service and quality food.
