Back of House Team Member (Nandocas) – £12.71 / hour
Positions available: Full-time & part-time, with no previous experience required
About the Role
We’re looking for Back of House Team Members (what we call Nandocas) to prepare and create the most delicious PERi-PERi meals and leave our guests feeling truly spoiled. If you’ve got passion for food, a love for teamwork, and the willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!
As a Nandoca, your role is to:
- Cook, grill, and assemble meals to Nando’s high standards
- Set up, clean, and maintain workstations efficiently
- Follow all safety & hygiene guidelines – fire safety, health & safety, food standards, and restaurant security
- Handle deep cleaning to keep areas immaculate
