About the Role
A Back of House Nandoca at Nando’s isn’t just a job—it’s about passion, teamwork, and sharing delicious PERi-PERi meals that leave ever guest smiling.
As part of our family, you’ll:
- Prepare and cook under the highest food safety & hygiene standards
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and closing down clean, safe, and fully operational workstations post-shift
- Deep clean to Nando’s meticulous standards, ensuring a flawless environment.
- Adhere to all required protocols: fire safety, health & safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security
The Expectation: Hard Work + Heart
You don’t need professional training—just a willingness to learn and a fire in your belly for great food and team camaraderie.
