Back of House (Nandocas) – Team Member
Hourly Rate: £12.71 (May vary for those under 18)
About the Role
We’re looking for passionate and eager Team Members—what we call our Back of House Nandocas—to join our team and help us create the finest PERi-PERi meals that wow every guest.
No previous experience is required, just passion, willingness to learn, and a hunger to deliver perfection!
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook high-standard PERi-PERi meals to delight our guests.
- Ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained workstation set-ups, maintenance, handover, and closures.
- Carry out deep cleaning to meet Nando’s rigorous hygiene standards.
- Follow all fire safety, health & safety, food hygiene, and security protocols with diligence.
- Act as part of the team, valuing every guest like family.
