We’re looking to welcome passionate, dedicated Back of House Nandocas—what we call our amazing Team Members—to Nando’s! No experience is needed, just bring your enthusiasm to serve the finest PERi-PERi meals that leave guests wowed!
About The Role
As a Back of House Nandoca, you’ll:
- Prepare, cook, grill, and present meals to Nando’s high standards, ensuring exceptional food quality.
- Set up and maintain workstations to a clean, safe, and functioning condition, including hand over and closing operations.
- Conduct deep cleaning to meet Nando’s stringent hygiene standards.
You’ll support guest experiences by elevating them to feel like part of a valued family.

Key tasks include:
- Following strict adherence to fire safety, health & safety, food hygiene and restaurant security policies.
- Collaborating as part of a team, reflecting Nando's core purpose of being a people-first, chicken-second place.
