About the Role
We’re recruiting Back of House Nandocas (our beloved Team Members) to join us in crafting the "finest PERi-PERi meals" and delivering immersive experiences for our guests.
No prior experience is required – just demonstrate passion for food and a willingness to learn. We’ll train you in the fundamentals while you inspire guests with creativity and energy.
As a co-creator of the PERi-PERi experience, you’ll bring our Southern African culture with heart, hustle, and soul.
Responsibilities
Culinary Excellence
- Prepare, cook, and plate meals to Nando’s pristine standards
- Handle food preparation, grilling, assembly, and plating
- Create signature PERi-PERi flavours that delight guests
Operational Excellence
- Set up, maintain, and clean workstations – adhering to Nando’s strict hygiene standards
- Follow restaurant workflows to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Contribute to deep cleaning of underground kitchens and equipment
Safety & Compliance
- Uphold fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and security protocols
- Maintain compliance with workplace legislation (requires post-school application)

Requirements
