About the Role
We’re seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Back of House Nandocas (what we affectionately call our Team Members). This dynamic role involves preparing and crafting the finest PERi-PERi meals to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- No prior experience needed – just drive and enthusiasm!

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’re more than just an employee—you’re part of the Nando’s family.
- Provide exceptional service by cooking, grilling, and preparing meals to Nando’s high standards
- Set up, maintain, hand over, and secure closure of clean, safe, and fully operational workstations
- Conduct deep cleaning to uphold Nando’s regulatory standards
- Follow all protocols for fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security
