We’re looking for Back of House (BoH) Nandocas—our dedicated Team Members—to join the team! This rewarding role focuses on preparing and crafting the finest PERi-PERi meals to leave every guest wowed.
Role Overview
Job Title: Back of House Nandoca (Team Member)
The role of Back of House Nandoca is all about:
- Delivering exceptional cuisine with passion and high standards
- Creating an environment where guests feel valued as part of our Nando’s family
We offer full or part-time positions—no prior experience needed! If you have zeal for great food and enthusiasm to learn, we’ll train you up to master Nando’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities

Meal Preparation & Cooking:
- Cook, grill, and prepare succulent meals perfectly
- Follow recipes and plating standards to guarantee consistency & excellence

Workstation Management:
- Set up, clean, and maintain kitchens and workstations to meet Nando’s strict hygiene & safety policies
- Ensure a safe, sanitised, and well-organised environment
