We’re looking for Back of House Nandocas (our Team Members) to come and leave their mark on our kitchen!
About the Role
The responsibility of a Back of House Nandoca is simple yet rewarding: to prepare and craft the finest PERi-PERi meals that leave our guests utterly impressed.
No prior experience is required—just passion, willingness to learn, and a can-do attitude. We’ll train you from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Rev up the kitchen: Set up, maintain, and close down clean, safe, and functional workstations
- Cook, grill, and create: Prepare mouthwatering meals to Nando’s high standards
- Uphold safety & hygiene: Follow strict food hygiene, health, safety, and security policies
- Do your deep-clean duty: Ensure our kitchens sparkle consistently
- Make guests feel like family: Deliver a warm, people-first experience we’re known for
