We’re looking for Back of House Nandocas (our Team Members) to help us prepare and cook the finest PERi-PERi meals—ready to impress every guest!
About the Role
This role is perfect if you’re passionate about food, passionate about learning, and capable of delivering our legendary PERi-PERi dishes with Nando’s high standards. No prior experience is required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to grow!
Key Responsibilities
As a Back of House Nandoca, you’ll be responsible for:
- Cooking, grilling and prepping meals to Nando’s impeccable standards
- Setting up, maintaining, and closing safe, clean, and fully operational kitchens
- Executing deep cleaning to meet our rigorous cleaning standards
- Following fire safety, health & safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security protocols
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and making every meal special
