We’re searching for passionate and eager individuals to join our team as Back of House Nandocas – this is a family-run environment where your dedication to delivering outstanding food and maintaining high standards will truly shine.

What You’ll Do
As a Back of House Nandoca, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable dining experience:
- Prepare and Cook the finest PERi-PERi meals with precision and enthusiasm
- Maintain Nando’s high standards, from setting up and operating clean stations to thorough handovers and closures
- Perform deep cleaning to meet health and safety regulations
- Follow all protocols for fire safety, hygiene, security, and restaurant standards
- Show a commitment to guest satisfaction, making them feel valued
