About the Role
We’re hiring Back of House Nandocas—our passionate Team Members who bring our PERi-PERi meals to life! This is your chance to kickstart your career, learn on the job, and earn while enjoying free meals on every shift.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the heartbeat of our kitchen, ensuring every guest leaves with a PERi-PERi-proud moment. Our Back of House Team Members play a key role in:
- Preparing and cooking our world-renowned meals to exacting standards
- Setting up and maintaining fully operational workstations
- Handling deep cleaning—keep our restaurants top-tidy
- Following all safety measures (fire safety, food hygiene, health & safety, security)
- Maintaining operational excellence—setup, handover, and closing down safely
