About the Role
We’re recruiting Back of House (BoH) Nandocas—our enthusiastic Team Members who fuel the fire with passion and flavour to create unforgettable PERi-PERi culinary experiences for every guest.
This is an entry-level kitchen role, perfect for those eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and build a fun, rewarding career in hospitality.
What You’ll Do
As a Back of House Nandoca, your days will be vibrant, hands-on—and delicious:
- Cook, prep, and plate to Nando’s high standards, ensuring every meal is a wow-moment for our guests.
- Set up, maintain, and close down your workstation (and the entire hot kitchen) to Nando’s pristine hygiene and food safety standards, leaving it cleaner and safer than you found it.
- Assist in prep, grilling, frying, and final plating under observation, before stepping forward to meet your ambitions.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including equipment maintenance, laundry, and waste management.
- Follow strict policies on food hygiene, health & safety (including fire regulation compliance), and restaurant security protocol—your classroom becomes the real world.
