About the Role
We are seeking Back of House Team Members to join atis and contribute to our vision of creating a different, healthy food company.
We are a rapidly growing organisation with abundant opportunities for progress and development. At its core, atis embodies its powerful, healthy food— świeżo przygotowywane (freshly prepared) daily. But our commitment runs deeper than product quality: we believe the experience should be just as vibrant and memorable.
If you share a passion for delivering upbeat, supportive, and unforgettable experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
Who You Are?
We thrive when you’re someone who:
- Is a friendly, professional individual who takes their work seriously.
- Has at least a few months’ experience in a kitchen role, ideally in a professional restaurant, fast-paced or high-volume kitchen. Attitude and willingness to learn matter more than prior experience.
- Brings positive energy that elevates the team’s mood—even during peak service.
- Stands by your teammates—going beyond your job description when necessary.
- Obsesses over quality in every dish, food safety, and every small detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with constant activity. Initiates action without constant supervision.
- Communicates clearly, openly, and directly—always with kindness—and embraces accountability.
- Has a genuine passion for healthy, well-prepared food.
- Understanding of food safety practices and best practices.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
