About the Role
Are you ready to bring flame to our PERi-PERi cuisine?
We’re critically recruiting Back of House Nandocas (Team Members) to step into the kitchen and create incredible meals that guests will rave about! As a Back of House Nandoca, you’ll be:
- Preparing and cooking PERi-PERi-perfect dishes to Nando’s high standards
- Setting up, maintaining, and safely closing fully functional workstations
- Deep cleaning and upholding the restaurant’s tidy, safe, and compliant standards
We’re seeking brilliant beginners with passion, eagerness to learn, and humility. No prior experience? No problem—we’ll train you.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptionally delicious meals that exceed our Southern African-inspired perfection
- Uphold Nando’s values—put people first, and deliver chicken second on occasion!
- Prioritise food safety, hygiene, fire safety, and staff security at all times
- Perform deep cleaning with pride to maintain our iconic standards
