Back of House Team Members – atis (Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time)
Pay Rate
£13.25 per hour + bonus of up to £1.25 per hour

We are seeking Back of House Team Members to join atis and contribute to our vision of building a healthy food company unlike any other. As a rapidly growing company, we’re fostering a dynamic environment with plenty of opportunities for development and progression.

Who You Are
You’ll excel in this role if you:
- Are friendly, professional, and take your work seriously
- Have at least a few months’ experience in a professional restaurant kitchen—preferably fast-paced and high-volume (attitude matters more than exact experience!)
- Bring positive energy that keeps morale high, even in peak service
- Go the extra mile—going above and beyond for your team when it counts
- Obsess over quality, food safety, and small details that others might overlook
- Love high-energy, active work—we keep moving at atis!
- Communicate clearly, kindly, and directly—with a strong emphasis on accountability
- Have passion for good, healthy food
- Know your food safety best practices
