Supervisor Opportunity – Join Carl’s Jr.’s Exciting UK Launch!
About the Role
Carl’s Jr. is expanding to the UK in 2025! We’re seeking a passionate and dynamic Supervisor to join our team as we deliver an outstanding guest experience in our first UK restaurant.
Since opening in 1941 with just $15 and a hot dog cart, Carl’s Jr. has grown into a global brand with nearly 4,000 locations worldwide. Now, we’re enhancing this legacy by launching in the UK and need someone eager to lead with excellence.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Supervising and coordinating operations to ensure seamless service.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Enforcing the highest standards of:
- Customer service
- Cleanliness
- Presentation
- Managing guest relations, addressing issues, and ensuring full satisfaction.
- Supporting staff training & development to uphold Carl’s Jr.’s brand standards.
- Partnering with the management team to drive sales targets and achieve business growth.
- Creating a welcoming, energetic, and thriving environment for both customers and staff.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or high-speed hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and guide teams.
- A deep passion for hospitality and devotion to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational expertise with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
