Why This Role Is Special
As a Back of House Team Member, you’ll be an essential part of our kitchen, helping to create the delicious dishes our guests love. From prepping fresh ingredients to ensuring every plate meets our high standards, your hard work and dedication behind the scenes will help make every dining experience memorable.
Your Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, cook, and plate dishes with care, following our recipes and presentation standards. Quality Assurance: Ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen is perfect, from taste to presentation. Kitchen Organization: Keep your workspace clean and organised, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Team Support: Work closely with your teammates, helping where needed to ensure seamless service. Stock Management: Monitor ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to keep the kitchen well-stocked and ready. Safety and Hygiene: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
