About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Developer to join our dynamic team at Exposed Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver innovative solutions on time and within budget. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in software development, particularly with languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Strong understanding of web technologies, databases, and API integrations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is preferred
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software applications based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of applications.
- Maintain and update existing software applications, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Document technical specifications and provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes and outcomes.
- Assist in the mentorship of junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
