About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver innovative products and features on time and within scope. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and version control systems like Git.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is preferred.
- Knowledge of database management systems including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient software applications based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and best practices.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications, providing timely resolutions to issues.
- Write clean, well-documented code and adhere to coding standards and guidelines.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and documentation efforts.
- Assist in mentoring junior developers and sharing knowledge within the team.
