We are working with an innovative company that develops AI-powered products for the property and insurance markets in the UK and Australia. Their cutting-edge platform empowers insurers, loss adjusters, and contractors to efficiently assess damage, generate estimates, and create structured reports.
The Role
- Engage in hands-on backend engineering, building, reviewing, and operating production code
- Clear path to technical ownership including architecture leadership, mentoring, and a principal track
- Focus on technical contributions rather than management responsibilities
- Integrate AI components into production services, including prompt design and model versioning

What You'll Need
- Strong commercial experience with C# and modern.NET (8+)
- Proficiency with Blazor in production environments
- Expertise in microservices design and operation
- Experience with Azure services including App Service or Container Apps, Azure SQL, Service Bus, and Key Vault
- Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure as code and Azure DevOps Pipelines for CI/CD
- Practical experience with API gateway patterns, API security, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
