About The Role

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or ITIL are highly desirable. Candidates should have a proven track record of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with team members and clients. A demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware devices.
- Providing technical support to end-users.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Ensuring system security and data integrity.
- Planning and executing IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Monitoring system performance.
- Conducting regular backups.
- Implementing disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborating with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
