About The Role

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or ITIL are highly desirable. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or systems management is required. Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data management is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. The ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology landscapes and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently is crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware components.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard company data and systems against cyber threats.
- Provide technical support and training to staff, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Coordinate and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to optimize operations.
- Assist in the planning and deployment of new technologies and upgrades.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and procedures for future reference and compliance.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime.
- Stay informed about emerging IT trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.
