Job Type: Contract

Payout: $50 – $120/hour


About the Role

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Software Developer to work on a contract basis. The role involves designing and implementing scalable software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. The position requires expertise in modern development practices and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using best practices in coding and architecture.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of systems.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions for ongoing projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with software development frameworks and libraries relevant to the project.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to write optimized and scalable code.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with debugging tools and techniques to resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members across different time zones.
