Looking for your next C# / Databricks contract where you can make an impact from day one?
Our client, a well-established digital consultancy, is looking for an experienced C# / Databricks Engineer to join an existing technology team.
Contract Details
- Initial 6-month contract, with the potential to extend
- Outside IR35
- £400 per day
- Fully remote
- Must be based in the UK and available to work UK business hours
- Ideally available to start within the next couple of weeks
This is an opportunity to join a complex technical environment where the priority is getting up to speed quickly, understanding how the platform fits together, and helping the team deliver against an existing backlog. They're looking for pragmatic engineers who are comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving problems independently, and making an immediate impact.

What you'll need
- Strong commercial experience with C# /.NET
- Hands-on experience with Databricks
- Comfortable working across application, data, and integration challenges
- Able to understand unfamiliar technical environments quickly
- Experience working through existing backlogs and improving delivery momentum
- Comfortable bringing structure to complex or unclear problems
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly
- Calm, dependable, and delivery-focused

Who they're looking for
They're open to strong Mid-Level through to Senior Engineers. The priority is finding engineers who can quickly work out what needs doing, take ownership, and make a practical contribution from day one, rather than those who require a tightly defined set of tasks or extensive onboarding.
