We are looking for an experienced manager with leadership experience in food service and customer-facing environments. Proven track record of managing teams, delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales and KPI targets, and maintaining high food quality and safety standards. A motivated and adaptable leader who excels at coaching staff, improving performance, and creating positive customer experiences.

You'll nourish your team by coaching, supporting and developing colleagues to reach their full potential, creating an environment where everyone can thrive. You'll be committed to raising the bar, continually looking for ways to improve performance, quality and the customer experience. With a fighting spirit, you'll remain positive and resilient under pressure, overcoming challenges with a solutions focused approach. You'll own it by taking accountability for results, making confident decisions and leading by example. And when priorities shift, you'll be comfortable changing gear, adapting quickly to meet the needs of the business while keeping your team engaged and customers at the heart of everything you do.

As Bakery Manager you will:

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, food service, retail, café, bakery, or restaurant environments.
  • Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Experience managing sales targets, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Food preparation and food service experience.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
  • Experience in staff training and coaching.
  • Ability to manage stock, wastage, and controllable costs.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
