Purpose Statement
Own the test kitchen with a "can do" attitude towards proactive NPD (New Product Development) and quality attributes, while maintaining flexibility to deliver for our customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and prepare sample requests efficiently
- Utilise comprehensive product knowledge to:
- Highlight any quality issues promptly
- Inform the relevant parties
- Collaborate with product developers to prepare and assess samples for product submissions
- Ensure the test kitchen is audit-ready daily and maintain stock of all raw materials
- Maintain the sample bank, guaranteeing:
- Correct storage of current products
- Consistency in quality delivery
- Provide support on factory trials
- Set up shelf life samples

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Requirements
- Eagerness to develop a successful career in the bakery industry and full commitment to participating in Rich’s internal development programme
- A passion for food
Desirable
- Hands-on experience in a food manufacturing facility
- Practical knowledge in bakery or catering
